For publications, summer schools, conference presentations, etc., you must request a certificate of attendance from the event organizer. If the event organizer does not provide the necessary form, you can use the form “ECTS Recognition”. You then must submit this form, signed by the supervising professor, to the institute’s office.
You can book courses in «transferable skills» offered to PhD candidates yourself. If booking is not an option, you must request a confirmation of attendance that states the number of ECTS credits earned.
